The Ford Maverick Lariat is great
The Ford Maverick Lariat is trim level to look at if you like having extra features and technology. New for the 2024 model you’ll find it with the 2.0L turbo, while also now having the Lariat Luxury Package and Co-Pilot 360 Pack as standard features. You can still find the 2.5L hybrid, which was changed to an optional powertrain in 2024.
The Maverick is only available in the SuperCrew 4 door configuration, with a 4.5′ bed. The Ford Maverick Lariat boasts a distinctive and modern design that seamlessly blends ruggedness with a touch of sophistication. Its compact size makes it ideal for urban adventures, while its bold lines and aggressive front grille ensure it commands attention on the road. The Lariat trim level, in particular, elevates the Maverick’s style with chrome accents, 18-inch wheels, and additional premium touches that set it apart in the crowded pickup segment.
The cabin is surprisingly spacious, offering ample legroom for both the driver and passengers. The Lariat trim comes equipped with leather-trimmed seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, providing a touch of luxury.
The intuitive 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system serves as the command center, supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration for seamless smartphone connectivity. Plus it has factory navigation standard in the Lariat trim level!
As a compact pickup, it’s nimble enough to navigate tight urban spaces, yet it doesn’t compromise on payload capacity.
Sync with 8″ Touchscreen
The Maverick has the option for Ford’s Sync or Sync3 infotainment systems. The Sync3 system, which is exclusive to the Lariat trim level, includes factory navigation while the Sync screen will need you to hook up over wired Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
Engine options
In North America the Maverick comes standard with Ford’s 2.0L EcoBoost (turbocharged) engine and there’s an available 2.5L traditional hybrid optional in all 3 trim levels.
Added Packages
There are a few packages you’ll find in some other trim levels of the Maverick but the one I enjoy the most is the Tremor package. It brings unique suspension and an advanced AWD system that’s very similar to what you’ll find in the Bronco Sport.
