Ford Mustang Mach 1 | A quick look at what replaced the Bullitt!
Ford replaced the Mustang Bullitt with the Mach 1 in 2021! It brought the same performance as the Bullitt but with a very different style. One great thing about the Mach 1 is the added power and feature set you get in this trim level compared to the base GT Mustang.
What are some notable features of the Mustang Mach 1?
It has a slightly different setup under the hood that brings improved performance. While the 2021 model offered 480 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque, the 2022 had to meet more rigorous EPA ratings which caused a drop to 470 horsepower and 410 lb-ft torque.
The small drop in power isn’t noticeable at all and can easily be fixed with a stage 1 ECU tune!
Sync3 with 8″ Touchscreen
The screen includes factory navigation but you’ll also be able to use Android Auto and Apple CarPlay through the available USB system. It’s easy to be able to hook up a phone or MP3 player through bluetooth so that can enjoy your favourite music!
Engine options
While the Mustang lineup includes the 2.3L EcoBoost, the Mach 1 has a similar setup to the standard Mustang GT. The 5.0L V8 engine in this one pushes out slightly more power, making the ride that much more enjoyable.
Added Packages
With options for added comfort, like the Recaro seats, the Mach 1 features some different packages right from the factory. You can keep the cost down by option for the 600a, but the leather seats in the 700a with the optional Mach 1 Appearance package give this ride a bit more style.
