The 2024 Ford Transit is here, and it’s all about versatility, practicality, and reliability. It’s available in various configurations, from low to high roof options and different wheelbase lengths, so you can pick the one that fits your needs best.
Ford has equipped the 2024 Transit with a decent array of tech features. The standard infotainment system includes a touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which I think is a must-have these days. It’s straightforward to use and helps keep you connected on the go.
Under the hood, the 2024 Transit offers several engine choices, including a 3.5-liter V6 and a turbocharged EcoBoost option. I think the V6 provides plenty of power for most applications, whether you’re carrying heavy loads or cruising on the highway. The EcoBoost, on the other hand, offers a bit more punch and better fuel efficiency. There’s still the option for the eTransit, which is a fully electric cargo van!
Sync4 with 12″ Infotainment
The Transit comes with Ford’s Sync smaller Sync3 screen standard, but there’s the option for the much more capable 12″ Sync4 media screen. That means it now supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and has some unique features over the last model!
Engine options
You’ll find the Transit with either a 3.5L V6, a 3.5L V6 that’s turbocharged or as the eTransit with a 68 kWh battery and all electric range up to 203 km or 126 miles.
Customization
There are a ton of ways that you can customize the Transit from the factory or aftermarket. You can add in factory floor liner or a bulkhead.. but the sky is the limit with aftermarket customizations.
