2022 Ford F150 Lightning | Learn everything about Fords new EV truck
The F150 Lightning is exciting. It shows what Ford is moving towards with their pledge to shift to EV vehicle production. The Lightning is available in Canada as the XLT, Lariat and Platinum, with the USA also getting the entry level Pro trim level.
You’ll only find this EV truck in the SuperCrew configuration with a 5.5′ box but I’m hoping that availability is improved as the truck matures.
Sync4 with 12″ Touchscreen
The F150 Lightning features Ford’s new Sync4 media screen. It brings a sleeker look, smarter voice assistant, a much more responsive screen, plus wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Range options
The Ford F150 Lightning has 2 different range options – either a 98 kWh which provides up to 370 km (230 miles) or 131 kWh which provides up to 515 km (320 miles). You’ll find the standard or extended range in most trims!
Added Packages
The F150 Lightning has a large number of available packages and options. Whether you’re looking for larger wheels, leather seats or a heated 2nd row, you’ll find an option that suits your budget and needs!
