With 2 different engine options and the ability to get it as a cargo or passenger van, the Transit Connect is a nice mix of power and nimbleness. With technology including a standard backup camera plus there’s an optional forward and reverse sensing system, wireless charging and more!
What are some notable features of the Transit Connect?
The vehicle can be fitted to include Ford’s Sync3 media system which brings Android Auto and Apple Car Play support. With available factory navigation and safety features including a blind spot system, lane keeping and reverse sensing there’s a lot to love!
Inside of the passenger van version of the Transit Connect, the 3rd row seats can fold down multiple ways giving you even more space to transport cargo.
Optional Sync3 with 6.5″ Touchscreen
The Sync3 media screen gives you a multimedia screen that supports Android Auto and Apple Car Play. You’ll have the flexibility to charge your phone and make calls all while using popular apps such as Waze or rock out to the LiveXLive or Pandora radio apps directly through the media screen.
Engine options
The 2021 Transit Connect features 2 different engine options including a 2.0L and 2.5L non turbocharged. Both engines are a bit smaller in size but with a lower curb weight than the full size Transit it holds up nicely.
3 Different Trim Levels
Available in the XL, XLT and Titanium trim levels, each option features a good number of options. The best bang for your buck is in the XLT trim level where you’ll get the 6.5″ Sync3 media screen as well as a wireless charging pad!
